As part of our long running series of Planning Law updates we’re pleased to announce an early summer update on the latest changes to planning law and practice. As this event takes place in Cornwall, the regions largest unitary authority, we hear their latest updates on delivery and planning policy guidance around housing, BNG, renewables and transport etc. With sustainability high on everyone’s agenda, we utilise the afternoon to discuss its delivery through transport, housing, renewables including a solar focussed workshop.
