West Midlands Young Planners are proud to invite you to the return of the ‘Planning for Inquiries’ kindly led by Kings Chambers and University of Birmingham. The session aims to educate young planners on public inquiries in planning providing relevant background and legislation, and the opportunity to participate in a mock inquiry.

The mock inquiry will be on the case of Land at Eldercot Road, and will require 8 participants to act as planning witnesses, with the remaining attendees in the audience. If you would like be one of these 8 participants, please email [email protected]. Participants will be selected on a first-come-first-served basis and will be required to review the background information which will be provided to them in advance.
