Join us for a walking tour led by Allana Hughes, Zetland Park Project Officer, Falkirk Council.

Please note the date for this event is confirmed for 11 August.

The transformation of Grangemouth’s historic Zetland Park is key to the revitalisation of the town and continuing regeneration of the area around Grangemouth and Falkirk, and has benefitted from £1.12million support from The National Lottery Heritage Fund in Scotland.

Allana will review planning, environmental, community wellbeing and environmental background and the successful bid for HLF funding. The tour will then view individual projects, including new heritage-themed play park, pump track, construction of a new performance space and a range  heritage, access and biodiversity improvements.

Light refreshments will be provided.
