The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) welcomes the opportunity to provide wvidence to the House of Lords Select Committee on Intergenerational Fairness and Provision.
The RTPI wishes to comment on question fourteen (the consequences of running public finances on a cash flow rather than on a balance sheet) and eight (on insuring that the planning system provides adequate housing for all generations).
