The updates to the RTPI Code of Professional Conduct came into force on 1 February 2023. Candidates applying for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) or for Associate and Legal Associate membership, can refer to the old version of the Code of Professional Conduct in their Round 1 or Round 1 Resubmissions. Candidates can refer to the updated version in Round 1 or Round 1 re-subs, if they wish. However, from Round 2 onwards (15 May 2023 submission deadline), candidates should only refer to the updated version.
