Reece is a Senior Consultant at Lee Evans Partnership LLP, having worked in the private sector consultancy since 2015.
He both leads and contributes to the preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications. He has particular experience in residential, commercial, and leisure developments, as well as strategic scale site promotions across the South East and, previously, in the home counties.
Reece was named the inaugural South East Young Planner of the Year in 2017, and a finalist for National Young Planner of the Year in 2018. He qualified as an Associate Member of the RTPI in 2017, and currently sits on the RTPI South East Regional Activities Committee. Reece also serves as the RTPI South East Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead for 2022.
Outside of work, Reece is a keen linguist and author having published his first bilingual poetry anthology in 2021.

Alex joined DHA from Kent County Council in 2018 having worked on a number of Nationally Strategic infrastructure Projects and minerals and waste planning. Alex holds a BSC (Hons) degree in Geography from the University of Southampton and a MA in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Westminster, which was sponsored by DHA. Alex is now a Senior Planner has primarily worked in the Environment team assisting with Nationally Strategic infrastructure Projects, developments requiring Environmental Impact Assessment and other projects that a more environmentally sensitive. In addition to this, Alex has also worked with a number of clients from large developers to individuals across a range of sectors including residential, commercial and industrial, health and agricultural. Outside of work, Alex enjoys playing music, cycling, football and travelling.

Amy Tamplin

Amy joined Barratt David Wilson Homes (Kent) as a Planner in May 2022; following 18 months as a Development Management Planning Officer at Medway Council after completing a Bsc Geography and Natural Hazards degree at Coventry University.
She leads and contributes to a number of large-scale residential development Reserved Matters applications across Kent. She works alongside a wider Design Team of planning consultants, architects, engineers and specialist consultants to create a high quality and well-designed development, addressing the individual site constraints. She is also currently in her final year of the MA Chartered Town Planner degree apprenticeship at London South Bank University.
Outside of work, Amy loves to travel, having been to South East Asia, USA and Australia. She is also a keen runner having completed a number of half marathons and is currently training for the London Marathon in April 2023, which will be her first marathon.

Shannon joined Lee Evans Partnership’s planning team in October 2022, having spent a year building experience in the public sector working with the Local Authority. With a Masters in Commercial Law, Shannon’s legal background has proved useful in interpreting planning law, which will assist clients in navigating the often-tricky world of planning-related legislation. Shannon will develop her experience alongside our established planning team, and looks forward to working directly with clients to develop relationships. She has an interest in heritage sites, and welcomes the challenge of working on these interesting sites with both our in-house heritage team and our clients. Outside of work, Shannon is a keen open-water swimmer, having swum the English Channel a number of times.
