The Wales Planning Conference is the headline event in the calendar for those involved with planning in Wales, a forum where the planning profession and related professions can meet and discuss pertinent issues to planning in Wales.
In past Conferences, the exhibition has been popular with exhibitors and delegates alike. It is an ideal opportunity for your company to raise its profile.
The exhibition stands are arranged in key points near the catering areas for the refreshment breaks and lunch. You will also have your Company logo and contact details, along with a short description in the delegate guide which will be shared on-line (as long it gets to us by the deadline).
Price for an Exhibition Stand: £300+ VAT which includes:
- two places for exhibition representatives to attend the Conference.
- Up to four additional discount tickets to attend the Conference for exhibitors discounted at £50pp + VAT (if booked at the same time).
Stands will be allocated on a first come first served basis. All bookings must be made by Thursday 12th June 2025, to ensure entry into the delegate brochure.
