Join us for a thought-provoking in-person Planning Aid England Volunteer CPD day exploring the vital theme of inclusive community engagement as a key component for creating healthy, sustainable places

The training will encompass both presentations and workshops on topics including:

  • Engaging diverse urban communities in plan-making
  • The ‘when, what and how’ of delivering inclusive engagement
  • A legal update
  • Public participation in spatial development plans

The event will conclude with reflections on the day from RTPI Vice President, Jan Bessell.

As well as 5 hours of CPD covering RTPI Core CPD principles of EDI, Health and Wellbeing, and Planning Law and Process, this event provides a great opportunity for you to meet and network with fellow PAE volunteers from across the Regions. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Please note, this event is for registered PAE volunteers only. Please also only register if you are sure of your attendance in-person, as places are limited. The PAE team look forward to welcoming you on the day!
