Nominations now open

Presidential Team, Board of Trustees and General Assembly Elections 2022.

Support your profession for the future of planning and stand in the RTPI elections. Nominations are now open and will close on 29 July at 5.00 pm. Members will receive an email today from Mi-Voice with instructions. Nominations can be made on the Mi-Voice website.

We are inviting members in the UK and around the world to get involved in the running of the Institute. With so much on the agenda, there has never been a better time to step forward and get involved with your professional body. Good planning is fundamental to the future of our society and the RTPI wants you to be at the forefront of the decisions that shape quality places and spaces. It's one of the reasons we launched our Planning Your World website earlier this year to inspire a future generation of planners to make a difference on everything from green space to health and wellbeing.

Subject to meeting the eligibility criteria, we welcome nominations from all members who can demonstrate the qualities and experiences we are looking for. Our governance should be as diverse as our membership. In order to achieve this, we need members from the widest possible range of backgrounds to nominate. Different experiences and views are essential for effective decision making. If you’re passionate about making a positive change – this is the time to put yourself forward or tap a fellow member on the back and encourage them to.
