Event Description

This full-day event will explore the links between planning, urban regeneration and devolution within the context of one of the North West's most successful urban regeneration programmes. We will explore the building blocks to delivering successful urban regeneration, the role of the public sector and the role that devolution and spatial planning can play in the design and delivery of transformational town centre regeneration.
