Event Description

Debates about the Green Belt in England have been thrown into sharp relief since the 2024 general election and the new Government’s pledge to review Green Belt boundaries and – perhaps most significantly – classify some land as “Grey Belt”. However, the Green Belt continues to be a designation which attracts widespread public support, and Local Planning Authorities are understandably concerned at the implications of any proposed changes to it. This webinar will explore and discuss the latest state of play with our most well-established planning policy from a range of perspectives.
