Event Description

RTPI East Midlands Spring Planning Law Update

Join us in Nottingham Wednesday 30 April 2023 9.30am-11.30am for our Spring legal update, hosted by Freeths, Nottingham.

Event Format

Arrival at 9.30am for 30 mins of networking with breakfast cob and coffee, 1hr of speaking then 30 minutes of questions.

Learning Outcomes

Whether it is the endless policy and legislative proposed changes or the constant stream of planning law cases being dealt with in the courts, planning law and policy continues to evolve at pace. To help you stay on top of those changes, this seminar will deliver an update on recent developments and address a range of planning law topics.

Expect to come away with:

  • A deeper understanding of revising and amending planning applications, appeal proposals and planning permissions
  • Knowledge of highlights from recent planning court cases and appeal decisions
  • Better understanding of any general planning and environmental updates

  • There are several car parks near to the venue.
  • Nottingham Rail Station is around a 15-minute walk away.
  • The venue is directly accessible via taxi.
