Event Description
Local Plan Examinations in Public involve intensive Hearing sessions on a range of topics in front of a Planning Inspector to determine whether an emerging Local Plan is sound. If you are new to the process or want to refresh your memory on how Local Plan examinations work, book on to our event for what promises to be an exciting and highly useful CPD session.
Learning outcomes

- LPA perspective - Overview of challenges and successes of preparing a new Local Plan
- Consultant / client perspective - Preparing for Examination sessions
- Legal perspective - Legal and procedural requirements of a new Local Plan and any recent legal challenges to Local Plans
