Learning outcomes:
Through discussion and cases studies, this webinar will shed light how Community Land Trusts work in practice and their increasing significance to planning particularly in terms of housing provision to meet local needs within the NPPF. It will also address the role of neighbourhood planning in shaping and delivering community-led development, including community-led housing.
