Back by popular demand for an autumn update, join us in Leicester Thursday 14 November 2024 9.30am-11.30am for our Autumn Planning Law update, hosted by Freeths, Leicester.
Learning Outcomes
Whether it is the endless policy and legislative proposed changes or the constant stream of planning law cases being dealt with in the courts, planning law and policy continues to evolve at pace. To help you stay on top of those changes, this seminar will deliver an update on recent developments and address a range of planning law topics including:
- Latest planning law cases including CG Fry and Finch
- Government policy revisions and what’s happened since the election
- General planning and environmental update

- Arrival at 9.30am for 30 mins of networking with breakfast cob and coffee.
- 1hr of presentations followed by 30 minutes of Q and A

Located in the heart of city centre, Colton Square offers close transport links. The office is less than a five-minute walk from Leicester train station. Proceed out of the station and cross over the dual carriageway directly in front of you. Turn right, past the shops until you come to the junction with Charles Street. Cross the road and Two Colton Square is the Portland-stone building directly in front of you. There are lifts to the first floor.
