Join the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) on International Women's Day to explore how places and spaces can be designed to cater for women and girls.

Historically, planning policies have been shaped by men, which has led to the exclusion of 50% of the population from planning practices. This webinar will explore how places and spaces can be designed with women and girls in mind and how these considerations can be incorporated into planners' everyday practices.

The session aims to provide insights into how gender-sensitive planning can enhance the quality of life in communities while addressing the needs of a diverse population.

RTPI East of England Young Planner Committee Member Katie Fowler kindly arranged this event and will Chair the session.
