20 minute neighbourhoods, a recent concept of urban development, have gained significant traction across the world partly by the outcomes of the Covid-19 pandemic, but also to achieve carbon net zero targets and improve health outcomes of communities. This session aims to unpick how 20 minute neighbourhoods can be delivered in Scotland and to understand the key role that the Scottish young planners can play in implementing them.
