COVID19 is testing social care principles. There are challenges to service delivery resulting from social distancing. How and where care is commissioned and provided is high on the agenda of health and wellbeing boards. The same is also true in some respect for place-based recovery. Some of the conversations we are all having around the long term resilience and renaissance of town centres involve high quality design coupled with lifelines such as inter-generational living replacing the now heavily under-utilised office stock. How do you tackle these and other challenges in a challenging fiscal environment that includes the loss of local taxes and business rates? Who leads during this crisis? How do you co-locate health alongside culture on the towns and cities?

This talk lays out these and related resilience challenges and explores what some of the answers could look like in the current context.

The link to the webinar will be sent out a day before the event.
