This year's AGM and speakers event will take place at the Storyhouse in Chester starting with lunch at 12.00 pm, followed by presentations on 'Re-imagining the High Street in Historic Places' from:

Michael Conroy, Planner at CBRE - presenting the findings of CBRE's 'Re-imagining the High Street' report which identified priority actions to navigate Chester through today's challenging times and ensure its longer-term fortunes.

Andrew Arditti, Communications Manager, Northgate Programme at Chester West & Chester Council - As construction of the first phase of Chester’s Northgate Development, a key regeneration project for the city, continues apace, Cheshire West and Chester Council will present the project followed by a tour around the site so that we can see how the vision for this key part of Chester City Centre is being turned into a reality.

This will follow with a tour of the city and its walls to look at the challenges faced and the successes achieved when using heritage as a focus for regeneration.

Finishing with a networking opportunity on the Christmas markets.

Booking essential and open to RTPI members only.
