This is organised by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and supported by the RTPI NW Region.

The achievement of better integration between land use and transport planning has been a constant quest for many years. In 2018 the NW Branch of the RTPI presented its Moss Madden Award for the best piece of student research in the Region.  It was won by Syifa Hykmanto for her dissertation for the BA (Hons) Degree in Town Planning. In this webinar, she will describe how she studied the integration of land use and transport on the Metrolink Ashton-under-Lyne to Eccles route in terms of the effect on ridership, and desirable future guidelines on land use policy to optimise the use of the system.

Speaker: Syifa Hykmanto, Graduate Planner, Momentum Transport Consultancy
