Excellence in Planning for Communities (small schemes of 50 or less) – Winner

A sustainable new heart for Lucy Cavendish College in Cambridge, providing student rooms and social spaces to help provide higher education for the wider community.
The judges’ comments:
This project faced a number of complex challenges, which were addressed head on to deliver the project on time. Judges noted that what they have achieved is an exemplar template for how to plan for diversity and inclusion.
