Safer Buildings in Wales

RTPI Cymru believes that the introduction of the Fire and Rescue Authorities into the consultation regime will have implications for Local Planning Authority resources which are already at a critical level.  Adequate resourcing for both parties to carry out their roles effectively must be put in place prior to further changes being made to the process.
