RTPI Scotland has responded to the Climate Change and Environmental Action Plan 2019-2024. The response agreed that the eight themes in the action plan are very relevant. However it also raised concerns that given the recently announced ambitions of Scottish Government regarding zero carbon targets, there may be a need to reframe the strategy and make it more ambitious.
