RTPI Scotland has responded to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) Housing sector plan. Identifying new development opportunities for where housing should be located is a key function of the planning system. As statuary consultees and collaborative partners, SEPA are key stakeholders in the process by which we shape place. The response agreed with the scope and vision, but also suggested some changes and additions.
