RTPI Scotland has responded to the Housing Beyond 2021 consultation paper of the Scottish Government. We outline that there is a need for clarification on who is responsible for paying and implementing infrastructure. The consultation also covers other relating topics such as the need to accommodate an ageing population, energy efficiency and sustainable communities.
