RTPI Scotland submission to the Scottish Government National Transport Strategy - Early engagement survey. RTPI Scotland seeks to align spatial and transport planning through establishing a National Development Plan that aligns the NPF with the National Transport Strategy and other plans. RTPI Scotland believes that through better collaboration and linking of spatial and transport planning on every level, active travel can be promoted and car usage reduced.
