RTPI Scotland submission to Scottish Government on its consultation on Raising Planning Fees

RTPI Scotland responded to the Scottish Government on its consultation on Raising Planning Fees. RTPI Scotland outlines that planning fees would be supported by a varity of stakeholders should the planning service be improved. This would require severe investment into improving the planning service which has suffered from a reduction in funding over the past 10 years.
