RTPI Scotland submission to Scottish Government Consultation on the future of the Scottish Planning System, Places, People and Planning. An extensive repsonse on the planning reform, asking the government to think beyond the Planning Bill. The planning system should be collaborative, frontloaded, deliver development and find solutions.
