By hosting a series of events, from walking tours to webinars, the Institute will be shining a light on the sustainability, adaptation and resilience of the UK’s coastal communities.

'Ask the Expert' Webinar on Marine Planning. Sidonie Kenward, a Marine and Terrestrial Planner within the Marine Planning team at the Marine Management Organisation will discuss the marine plans in your area, the role of stakeholder engagement and how stakeholders use the plans in decision-making. Sidonie will identify similarities and differences between marine planning and terrestrial planning, concluding with some thoughts on the future of marine planning.
