The network brings together Young Planners across the nations and regions through our activities and events, which are organised through our local Young Planner committees.

You don't have to be a member of the RTPI to join the Young Planners Network. It is free to register and open to related professions, students, licentiates or chartered membesr of the RTPI with up to 10 years' post-qualification experience.

First off, it's not about how old you are!  It's simply about level of experience.  A young planner is any student, licentiate or chartered member of the RTPI with up to 10 years experience post-qualification. 

Most of our Young Planner events are open to everyone - so unless it states otherwise, you are more than welcome to join us.  In fact we encourage members with a broad range and length of experience to join our events as they are great opportunities for early career planners to network, form mentoring connections and find out about career pathways.
