Planning Enforcement is an integral part of the planning service ensuring that planning policy is complied with & that decisions are implemented in accordance with approved plans and conditions, and effective action is taken against breaches of planning control. This event will provide case law updates and practical examples to enable you to maintain and improve your skills.
What to expect:
At this event you can expect to hear experts in their field discussion topics directly related to the enforcement of planning controls as well as meeting colleagues and being able to network with them.
This event is eligible for up to five hours of CPD and covers the following subjects from the core CPD framework:
