What to expect:
This event will provide an update on the DM issues currently facing the profession; it will look at good practice in development management, deliver a legal update and provide a commentary on practice and procedure.
This event is eligible for up to five hours of CPD and covers the following subjects from the core CPD framework:
- Development and infrastructure planning
- Planning law and process
- Housing
- Championing planning
Recommended for all planning professionals, whether that be local authorities, planning consultants, developers or builders.
Getting to the venue:
- The venue is a 2 minute walk from Warrington Central Station and a 6 minute walk from Bank Quay Station. The venue is also just across the road from the bus station.
- The nearest car park is opposite Warrington Central Station costing £3 per day
- The venue is accessible by taxi
