Regarding CO1(1)(b) and the siting and design of telecommunications infrastructure, the RTPI would also wish to see consideration as to locations where the structures are safe to both install and maintain. We would also wish to see consideration around their installation on pavements to ensure that minimum standards of accessibility for users is secured.
