Licentiate membership is for graduates who have completed a fully RTPI accredited qualification(s).
It is the first step towards becoming a Chartered Town Planner. If you are a Chartered Town Planner apprentice you will follow the Degree Apprentice – Assessment of Professional Competence (DA-APC), otherwise you will follow the Licentiate Assessment of Professional Competence (LA-APC).

a 'combined' RTPI accredited qualification*, or

'spatial' and 'specialist' RTPI accredited qualifications

Fees
An administration fee is required at the time of applying. To maintain membership an annual subscription fee is due. For further information on fees please refer here.
