Excellence in Plan Making Practice - Winner

Net Zero Aberdeen Routemap submitted by Net Zero Aberdeen

Developed collaboratively, the Net Zero Aberdeen Routemap and 6 enabling strategies are shaping a just net zero city transition, spanning the built and natural environment.

The judges’ comments:
Judges described this project as a best practice example of drawing together a wide range of stakeholders to chart a course for achieving an ambitious net zero target for the area.

Excellence in Planning for a Successful Economy - Commended

The University of Glasgow’s £1.3 billion Campus Development Program aims to create a new sustainable and socially integrated world-class urban quarter

Judges commended this entry for its long-standing commitment to maintain the link between vision and delivery. It is a model of sustainable construction. Being strong on engagement and a well led planning project.
