Charlotte is a Chartered Town Planner and a Major Projects Manager for Vale of Glamorgan Council. She has experience within development management, dealing predominantly with mixed use major residential led schemes, working with the Council and housebuilders to review development viability to ensure the delivery of essential infrastructure, services and community facilities, using Section 106 Agreements. She has more recently moved into a corporate project management role to help deliver wide ranging regeneration and land development projects, including Housing, Highways, Education and Social Services. 

She has been a member of the RTPI Cymru Policy and Research Forum for a number of years. Charlotte loves to run and explore new areas, taking in the built and natural environment on the ground!
