The Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease is excellent in the way it delivers a patient-centred new building which brings everything together under one roof including, MND care, research, education and support. The new centre is nationally significant and planners were able to play an important part in delivering this facility working collaboratively, providing planning policy input and shaping design approach.
