Accessibility and inclusion

The RTPI is committed to delivering inclusive events so everyone can have the best possible experience. An event organiser will contact all booked participants to discuss any access needs or requirements. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact mary.bolawole@rtpi.org.uk.

Please note that we have a limited number of free tickets available for Local Authority employees.

These are offered for our annual programme, with early birds available until the end of February for the year ahead.

Terms and conditions

For reasons beyond our control, we may need to change programme content, speakers, dates, timings or venues. If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued, but we disclaim any further liability.

Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to the event. No refund will be made for cancellations received after this date. Non-arrival will result in a charge of 100% of the delegate fee. Substitute delegates may attend at any time.

Bookings may not be carried over to the following year’s programme.

Photography

Photographs may be taken during events and used on the RTPI website, publications, social media, post-event communications and future event marketing. If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise Mary Bolawole at mary.bolawole@rtpi.org.uk

RTPI Training is part of the Institute's wider CPD delivery and complements RTPI conferences, regional training events, and RTPI Learn online modules.
