What to expect:

This session will provide an introduction to viability, including an overview of the impacts of viability on planning and what assumptions are included in a viability appraisal. It will look at how plan-makers should consider viability in setting policy requirements and how a viability assessment should be treated in decision-making.

This event qualifies for up to 5 hours of CPD and addresses the following core CPD framework area:

  •  Development and infrastructure planning
