On the afternoon of Wednesday 8 October 2025, the RTPI will be hosting its Annual General Meeting for 2025.
The meeting is scheduled to start at 1.30pm and is open to all members of the RTPI to join. At the meeting, the Chair of the Board of Trustees will present the RTPI’s 2024 Annual Report and Accounts, propose the appointment of the RTPI’s statutory auditors for the 2025 accounts and confirm the membership fees for 2026. Members are then invited to ask questions to the Chair of the Board, Meeta Kaur or the Chief Executive, Dr Victoria Hills.
The meeting will be held at the Manchester Deansgate Hotel in Manchester, which is also the venue of the 2025 National Planning Conference the following day. You can also join the AGM virtually through a Teams webinar. Please note the AGM typically lasts less than half an hour.
