To set-up a direct debit, download this form, complete it and manually sign it. The form can then be posted to us, scanned in or photographed and emailed back to us at membership@rtpi.org.uk. You can choose to pay yearly, quarterly, or monthly.
You can contact the Membership Team to cancel or amend a current direct debit.
