• You can login to pay by card or PayPal via your profile and clicking on the Membership tab. Receipts are emailed to the address supplied and you can also print a copy from the payment screen. If for any reason you do not receive your receipt please contact us.  
• If you have forgotten your login to your profile there is an option to reset your password. If you still are unable to login please contact the RTPI switchboard. 
• If you have changed your email address and would like to use your new one to login please email changeofaddress@rtpi.org.uk

To set-up a direct debit, log on to your membership profile. You can choose to pay yearly, quarterly, or monthly.

You can contact the Membership Team to cancel or amend a current direct debit.
