Homes for Scotland is the representative body for the home building sector. Our wide-ranging membership delivers the majority of new homes of all tenures across the country. This spans smaller developers and Registered Social Landlords to larger home building companies, PLCs and those in the supply chain - representing the breadth and depth of the whole sector and reflecting the many interdependencies that exist.

With an accumulated shortfall of +100,000 homes since 2008 and independent research finding 693,000 (28%) Scottish households facing some form of housing need, our primary purpose is to deliver more homes for the people of Scotland.
