Senior Specialist - Community Engagement and Social Impact, Homes England.

I’m a Lancastrian living in Yorkshire (!). I’m currently the strategic lead for Community Engagement and Social Impact at Homes England, where I develop approaches to embed engagement and locally relevant social value into the Agencies workstreams and funding.   I’m motivated to create impactful approaches to community engagement and linked social impact into the planning, housing and regeneration process.

Prior to Homes England I was Regeneration and Place Lead for a north-west housing association.  Here I developed long term transferable approaches to housing led regeneration and transformation.

An ageing fell runner, I’m a chartered Town Planner, a former Leader of the Urban Design Group North West, a trained Community Led Homes Advisor and a former Board member of Active Lancashire.
