Joe is a Strategic Land Manager working for a luxury home builder in Hampshire, with expertise in planning policy, site appraisals, strategic site promotion and development management gained from extensive experience working for a local authority, planning consultancy, a major housebuilder and latterly a partnerships business.

Benjamin has been working in planning since 2017 where he started as a Level 3 apprentice at West Sussex County Council. He has worked at several local authorities dealing with an expansive range of applications. In 2025 Benjamin attained his Master’s degree qualification in Town Planning and subsequently attaining RTPI accreditation in December. Over his years of experience Benjamin has participated in the RTPI led scheme 'Planning Your World', Co-chaired the South East 'Young Apprentice Ambassador Network' for the Coast-to-Coast region and been nominated as a finalist in the 'Apprentice of the Year' category at the Sussex Business Awards 2019.

Ben is a chartered planner working for Savills as part of the Central South Planning Team. At Savills, he provides planning and EIA consultancy services to an array of clients, including housebuilders, universities, and ports and harbours. He has a varied background, having worked in both the public and private sectors across England and Wales, as well as briefly leaving the planning profession to work as a maritime consultant. Ben holds degrees in MSc Planning from the University of Manchester and BA (Hons) Geography from Lancaster University, and is Vice-Chair of the South Coast YPC.
