Phillip is a Planner at LEP (Lee Evans Partnership), based in Canterbury, Kent. Phillip works on a diverse range of projects across the south east in the residential, education, retail, and commercial sectors. Phillip enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality development. Outside of work you can find Phillip working on the latest lino print or on a long walk.  

James is a Planning Consultant at Bloomfields, having graduated from Newcastle University with a master's degree in urban planning in 2022. Based primarily in East Sussex and Kent, James has worked on a number of schemes, ranging from smaller scale applications to major development proposals. Finding interest in helping people achieve their goals, James enjoys the personal side to planning, working directly with clients to design schemes that matter most to them. When away from the office, James is a keen sportsman, playing football, cricket and golf regularly, having previously competed for Great Britain in athletics.

Alice Day is a Planner at DHA Planning, based in the Maidstone Office, Kent. Alice has worked across numerous teams within DHA, working with a variety of clients from individuals to large scale developers across a range of sectors including: residential, commercial, agricultural and energy all across the UK. Alice has a keen interest in sustainability and how developments can help to boost sustainability targets.

Amy is a Senior Planner at Bloomfields, operating across Kent and Sussex. With seven years’ experience in private practice, her experience is client side, working with and advising land and property owners to achieve planning permission for a range of projects in the residential, commercial and agricultural sector. Outside of her professional role, Amy enjoys climbing and volunteering in her local community as a Scout Leader, where she is passionate about supporting young people to try new activities and learn new skills through outdoor adventures.

Alex is an Associate Planner at DHA, prior to this Alex worked across planning, policy and strategic planning teams at Kent County Council. Alex works in the Environment team primarily dealing with Nationally Strategic infrastructure Projects, developments requiring Environmental Impact Assessment, energy schemes and other projects that are more environmentally sensitive. In addition to this, Alex has also worked with a number of clients from large developers to individuals across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, medical, residential and agricultural across the Southeast and beyond. Out of the office, Alex is a keen guitarist, gig-goer and cyclist.
