Mahsa Ige is the Founder of Urbanist on a Mission, motivating the creation of sustainable places through town planning, public speaking and social media. Mahsa is a Chartered Town Planner, previously the Head of Planning & Sustainability at a nationwide property franchise and Climate Emergency Engagement Officer at the London Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Council. Now acting independently as Urbanist on a Mission, Mahsa is also the first Ambassador for the Let's Build network and London Sub-Committee Lead for the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

Shesha is an architect and planner with a strong interest in sustainable development, digital planning reform, and interdisciplinary approaches to placemaking. He holds a Master of Architecture from Anna University and an MSc in International City Planning from UCL Bartlett, an RTPI and RICS accredited programme. His postgraduate research explored the UK Government’s Digital Planning Improvement Fund, engaging with over 40 local authorities to examine how digital tools can transform planning practice.
Professionally, Shesha has contributed to major infrastructure projects, including coordinating BIM inputs for the £2.5bn Navi Mumbai International Airport development. He is currently a co opted member of the RTPI London Regional Activities Committee, where he is keen to support outreach, professional development, and the promotion of planning’s role in shaping resilient, inclusive communities.

I’m a Chartered urban planner with experience in community projects, ngo-run research, and a central London planning authority, looking to bring inclusive design into the mainstream planning practice. I work with Islington's community groups and residents to deliver quality community infrastructure, improvements at housing estates, and accessible public realm. Currently developing an LBI accessible waste storage strategy with a group of disabled and older residents (yes, designing bins, too!).

Gemma is an RTPI accredited Planning Consultant at Newmark, where she joined in September 2024 and has over four years of experience in the planning sector. At Newmark, Gemma works across a mix of central London projects, from estate regeneration and commercial retrofit schemes to smaller heritage led applications which include listed building consents.
 
She’s also actively involved in the RTPI Young Planners network. Gemma helped organise the Young Planners Conference in London in 2025 and previously spent a year (2024-2025) on the Young Planners Committee Cymru, where she took on the role of Communications Co-ordinator.

Oluwashola Olusona is an RTPI Affiliate and co-opted member of the RTPI London Regional Activities Committee (RAC/RMB), actively contributing to advancing professional engagement across London.

She brings a unique blend of Urban and Regional Planning 
expertise alongside extensive experience in customer service, sales, and marketing across real estate, telecommunications, banking, aviation, and logistics. This background has strengthened her stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and analytical 
capabilities. 

With experience in planning, CRM systems, and business analysis, she applies strategic, data-driven thinking to planning challenges. She is committed to adding value to RTPI London through active contribution, collaboration, and supporting initiatives that enhance the profession.
