The Implementation of the East Suffolk CIL Spending Strategy nominated by East Suffolk Council has been Commended in the Wellbeing and Education sub-category for demonstrating exemplary leadership in the effective, transparent and community focused use of the Community Infrastructure Levy.
Following a Planning Advisory Service assessment, the Council strengthened its governance, engagement and evidence led decision making, resulting in record investment and a growing distribution of funds to projects that directly support local and plan led infrastructure.
