Land value capture and viability in Wales: Current predicaments and future directions
As the dust settles from the May Senedd election, join us for a discussion of the current state of play and possible future directions for land value capture and development viability policy and practice in Wales.
Drawing on a workshop held with key local authority, Welsh government and housebuilding industry players, the webinar will explore this key area of planning policy in the context of the drive to deliver more housing, particularly social and affordable housing in the context of Plaid Cymru’s manifesto pledge to deliver 20,000 new social homes by 2030.
