

The Environment Act (2021) provides the legislative framework for the Government’s ambitions for the environment, as set out in the 25 Year Environment Plan. This event will examine how Environment Act measures such as the Nature Recovery Network, Local Nature Recovery Strategies, and Biodiversity Net Gain will be embedded in the Planning system through amendments and updates to the Town & Country Planning Act (1990) and the National Planning Policy Framework, including policy and project case studies.
